Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InsightEntry reporting and monitoring platform (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (a "tenant"), you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
1. The Service
InsightEntry turns your business data into financial report dashboards and monitors the availability of your services. Features, scope, and availability may change over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is for business use and not intended for children.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access data that isn't yours, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party rights.
4. Third-party data sources (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts and files (for example, a Google Drive spreadsheet selected through the Google Picker) as data sources. By connecting a source you authorize InsightEntry to access only the file(s) you select, solely to generate and refresh your reports, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you connect and for having the right to use it. You may disconnect a source at any time, and you may revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms; InsightEntry's use of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you provide or connect. You grant InsightEntry a limited license to process that data only to provide the Service. We process it according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by InsightEntry and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports/monitoring will be free of inaccuracies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsightEntry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement with your tenant states otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
